Lucy Liu will star in new drama Nomads, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The cast also includes John Cothran Jr. and Tamlyn Tomita. Mexican writer/director Ricardo Benet helms the story of a documentary filmmaker (played by Liu) making a film about subway suicides. The film will shoot in New York and Mexico City.
