Didn’t we already know this? They are already filming.

Does anyone know where they are taping house wives of D.C ?

      • CC Jackson

I know there taping in D.C, but where

  • soni b

Old News Buddy! Yea, I think they are already filming as well.

  • Fatima

I’m so confused. I feel like this was announced back in May.

  • Brenda DuBois

DC ugghh, they should have chosen MIAMI.

    • Maureen

Yes, yes, yes! I thought I was the only one who thought Miami would be a good pick! D.C. I’m afraid might be a bit boring…

      • Renee

DC…boring?! Clearly you don’t live here!

  • Brenda DuBois

    or Dallas.

    • Q

Dallas would be awesome. Everything’s bigger in Texas. BTW why are they recycling headlines. We are already into the ATL’s second season. Sloppy EW.

      • Q

My fault. It says second season of NJ. But i’m sure we knew this already.

If Omarosa is one of the Housewives, I’m starting a boycott.

I’m so tired of Miami. I’d like to see DC, Dallas or Chicago. Somehwere different that is full of celebrities. I love that New York shows an entirely different side of the city from the socialites’ point of view.

  • LC

This is definitely old news EW.

    • B-

Not old news. It was reported months ago that they were scouting the area. And that it would potentially be in DC. Like any series, a full season is contingent on a good pilot. And it looks like Bravo found women in DC compelling enough to warrant a full season’s worth drama.

  • James

Yes, I believe they already started filming….unless my friend was lying about the party she attended and they were there….

  • Warren

I’m originally from the DC area and there’s so much drama that would shoot well in the “Housewives” format! It could be Atlanta Meets NYC with a political slant!

  • yick

Sorry, this whole concept has worn itself (thankfully). “Real”? Give us a break! The lowest common denominator all the way around…..but I guess DC deserves it.

  • smurfette

DC is the place to be these days. We have the Real World, and now Housewives! sweet! Only thing is, the elite of DC do not mingle with us lowly ones…so we probably won’t see a lot of filming around town.

  • rachel

DC will be interesting I have already heard of who they are shooting EW this is old it could go either way I would say its going to be a cross between NJ and NY no political slant though even though I bet they will try to make it apear politically invloved one happens to be a wife of someone who is putting on show with obama attending and they are filming during that event but shes not personally involved in politics. As for miami they had their version it was called miami social and no one watched it and it was a hot mess and if I am saying that about one of these shows and not referrencing ATL you know it was bad

  • Joey

EW reported months ago that they were looking for possible Housewives in the DC area, so maybe this is the official confirmation. The big news is the second season of NJ Housewives! WAHOO!!!

  • Steve

They need to make a “Real” houswives show. I don’t mean to sound insensitive but….they need to make a “Real Homeless Houswives of The HI”. There are soooo many wives that have their children over here in Hawaii living in shopping carts and sending them to school. This is total fact. It is sad. If they were to do a series like this and pay the families that need the money; they could get out of homelessness and their kids could be given a better life. I am tired of watching all the crazy rich housewives!
