In that case, I suppose Abigail Breslin will play the Predator?

Why remake the original? That one was awesome!

    J. I don’t think it’s a true remake. There were many predator sequels, which weren’t good at all. This will probably stray a bit. Rodriguez isn’t known as someone who does “remakes”. I just don’t see Adrian as the lead “hunter”. Is he going to buff up?

this isnt a remake, its totally and completely different than any other predator movie, ok? it’s a reboot, and the script is said to be awesome

    It’s not a remake, it’s a sequel.

Wow, that’s some unexpected casting. And FYI, the storyline is basically that a bunch of mercenary badass types get kidnapped and dropped off on a Predator planet to be hunted.
Certainly sounds cooler than the crappy AvP movies.

Adrien Brody? I wonder if he’ll be fighting the PREDATORS with his nose! LOL! BTW, where’s Arnold? I also read that this will be a direct sequel to Arnold’s original. Rather, an alternate sequel, following Arnold’s “Dutch” character and not, in any way neglecting the Danny Glover L.A. sequel “Predator 2″!

Whoa, misread that one as Adam Brody. Now that would have been interesting.
