Omar Miller (Eleventh Hour) just stretched a guest spot on CSI: Miami into a role as a series regular, The Hollywood Reporter announced today. Miller will play a Louisiana art-thief specialist who joins Horatio’s (David Caruso) team. Miller’s is the second new face on Miami this season, with tabloid target Eddie Cibrian joining the cast in last Monday’s premiere.

I loved him on “Eleventh Hour”. I’m glad he’s on “CSI: Miami”…. and I think it’s a darn shame he couldn’t still be on “ELEVENTH HOUR”! Why that show got cancelled, I’ll never understand. It was a fantastic show. I think “CSI: Miami” is jumping the shark, though, with the Eddie Cibrian addition and adding that computer dude – who was TERRIBLE as the Kiriakis lawn boy on “Days of Our Lives”. Fo’ sho’.
