Miramax thinks 'Bitch is the New Black'

Miramax has purchased film rights to journalist Helena Andrews upcoming memoir, Bitch is the New Black, and Shonda Rhimes and Betsy Beers will produce. Variety reports that Andrews herself will write the screenplay, about successful, young black women living in the nation’s capitol.
