Who gives a crap about the EMMY’s? They have nothing to do with actual performances or quality of product, they are only a self aggrandizing tool given to the show/star with the public relations company with the biggest checkbook. Its all bulls!it based on bribes; just ask Seth McFarland how he got his ridiculous piece of crap nominated for BEST Comedy.
Great to see Tina Fey win — her appearances, the Digital Shorts and recurring celebrity guests have resuscitated the show (even though the writing can still be way too juvenile). Timberlake is a great host; he puts 110% into each sketch while learning song and dance numbers AND shooting a digital short. And 30 Rock is THE funniest show on television, sir/madam!
It’s great to read something that’s both enjoyable and privodes pragmatisdc solutions.
