Justin Timberlake and Tina Fey each took home the gold at Saturday’s Creative Arts Emmys, the TV Academy’s walk-up to the Primetime Emmys Sept. 20 on CBS, Variety reports. Fey got a shout-out in the guest actress in a comedy category for her SNL spoof of Sarah Palin while Timberlake won for hosting the late-night NBC show. In the guest drama categories, Ellen Burstyn won an Emmy for appearing on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Michael J. Fox also earned one for his memorable turn on Rescue Me.
In other highlights, A&E’s Intervention ruled in the reality program category and Disney Channel’s Wizards of Waverly Place took the top prize in children’s programming. And for Joss Whedon fans, Dr. Horrible’s Sing-a-Long Blog took home the award for Short-Form Live Action Entertainment Special Class Program.

I love Tina Fey but the Justin Timberlake episode was the worst SNL in all of last season.
Palin being a candidate & Fey resembling her was just a coincidence. Fey did a great job spoofing her. But her show 30Rock isnt funny.
Will all these awards, I bet she is still being underpaid. That unfunny Charlie Sheen eanrs $850,00 an ep. Fey is a writer, producer, and actress on 30Rock, & she doesnt earn $850,000 per ep.

LOVE that Tina Fey and “Dr. Horrible” won awards. Gotta love when the Academy awards quality. Bummed Jon Hamm didn’t win for playing Drew on “30 Rock,” though. “The Bubble” was a series-high episode for that show!
