Gah, sequel mania! Three Pirates movies are enough. In fact, one was enough and two sequels were “reasonable” with the mindset of sequels make money, but does Disney really have to make a FOURTH movie? And serious shame to Johnny Depp for buying into this. Jack Sparrow is a great character, no doubt, but what a tired vehicle.
What Date?When it comes out.
Johnny Depp is my favourite actor, he is so humble and eccentric. I read somewhere that he originally turned down the offer to do the Pirates films but his daughter, Lily Rose, begged him to do it for her so he ended up doing it only if he would do Jack Sparrow his way.
And what a great Jack Sparrow he portrayed! Johnny should’ve won the award that he was nomiated for after the first Pirates came out!
Although I have to admit doing a fourth film is going over the line. Even the title sucks, but I guess we’ll see how it is.
Well, if it has a good villain I might give the series another chance.
This makes me want to cry!!
i think all the other movies that i’ve watched would beat this pathetic kids stuff.this movie is so childish i bet if someone watched elmo they would like it better than this silly stuff.
this movie was made for babies.
