Matt Olmstead and Nick Santora, alums from Fox’s Prison Break team, are back in business with the network, penning a drama called Break Out Kings, which concerns ex-fugitives who are recruited to work as U.S. marshals, according to Variety. The series — which is being described as a procedural set in New York but with potential to move around the country on specific cases — has a script order with a penalty if a pilot is not produced. Gavin Hood, who directed the recent X-Men Origins: Wolverine, is set to direct and produce.

Hope this isn’t a version of the Prison Break Show. It better be nice and original. Matt and Nick should have some tricks up their sleeves, but this show needs to be far from the realities they created on Prison Break.
