How to play Within You Without You without the sitar? A conundrum.
I was LITERALLY about to write the same thing! Can’t wait to try to play that on a guitar controller, though.
Track #45: “In My Life.” God, make it so!
wow this set list is amazing, please put when im 64 on there!!!
“When I’m Sixty-Four” doesn’t lend itself to Rock Band, seeing how it’s mainly driven by horns and piano, neither of which you play in the game.
Hey Jude?
hey jude isn’t on there because it’s mainly a piano being played the whole song. and beings rock band doesn’t include a piano, it doesn’t surprise me that it’s not on the list.
Uh…I just listened to Hey Jude. The first eight bars are just piano. Then a strumming guitar and a tambourine enter. After eight bars of that its guitar, bass, drums, and yes piano for the rest of the song. Sure there is no lead guitar part, but this is Rock Band not Guitar Hero. This song would be no different than all the other songs on Rock Band where you have to sit and wait for all the instruments to come in on. Plus by the time the whole band comes in you still have 6 min and 11 sec of song to play. Your right though, they do need to make a piano for Rock band. At least for this version. Not sure how that would work though. Anyway, I think Hey Jude would be a very fun song to play in the game. Especially for whoever gets to sing. Jude, Judy, Judy, Judy, Judy, Judy Owwwwaaaowww!
Help! anyone?
Yes! Help! Please!
If it is one song they are holding out on I bet it will be “Carnival of Light”, a song that still hasn’t been released that was recorded during Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band.
Though I am surprised “Hey Jude”, “She Loves You”, “Strawberry Fields Forever” etc aren’t on there- ” A Day in the Life” would be epic!
They’re releasing the full albums of “Revolver”, “Sgt Pepper” and “Abbey Road” soon after release, so you’ll get your “Day” yet! And I’ll get my “Golden Slumbers ~ The End”!
Carnival of Light isn’t a song. its a mash-up track thats similar to Revolution 9.
The Beatles have an extensive catalog so all the songs not in the intial game will be released in future expansion or as downloadable purchases. Best way to milk more money off the millions of Beatles fans out there. Sad to say I will be one of them that will have to have them all. Still sad “Hey Jude” did not make the initial group.
maybe they’ll release a citar controller for this version haha
Oh Darling! Please please please please.
My thoughts exactly.
I always joked about having a Violin Hero…now I REALLY want that so I can play Eleanor Rigby. My favorite of the Beatles and it can’t even be played on Rock Band!
