The police officer was doing her job. What if something happened to him looking in windows of vacant houses? Why didn’t he have an ID on him? I think he was extremely lucky that he was stopped by a police officer and not someone who could have harmed him.
First of all, this article left out a few details. It was pouring out and some random old man was wandering around the neighborhood. Second, the police officer followed protocol. She didn’t arrest him. I know who Bob Dylan is and lets face it, he doesn’t look like he used to. Who would have thought a great musician would be wandering around aimlessly in JERSEY!!
Who doesn’t know who Bob Dylan is or what he looks like? I am 17 and I have always known about him.
