Michael Douglas and Diandra Douglas released a statement today about their son Cameron, who is facing drug-trafficking charges, reports People. “The family is devastated and very disappointed in Cameron’s recent behavior. Any family who has dealt with substance abuse knows how devastating it can be,” read the statement. Cameron, 30, is currently being held at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City for violating his home detention by allegedly having his girlfriend, Kelly Sott, bring him an electric toothbrush that contained a stash of heroin, a corrections center spokesperson told the magazine. He’d been confined to an apartment in Manhattan after being arrested on charges of distributing methamphetamine.

Devastated and disappointed, perhaps. But I don’t know how they could be surprised. I haven’t seen a photo of Cameron yet where he Didn’t look stoned out of his gourd. That’s a old Hollywood family. They know what Stoned looks like.
Behavior like this makes Jessica Simpson look like a card carrying member of MENSA. They should both have FAIL tattoed permanently to their foreheads.
This 30 year old adult is just a disgrace. Where are his parents, and why wasn’t he in rehab?
Oh, ye righteous ones who enjopy casting stones! It’s the law that creates criminals out of victims and allows the underworld drug trade to flourish.
Its shame so many young people have addictions to the drugs. I feel like part of problem is too much relaxing from the parents and not hard with them. If parents hard with kids, maybe kids will not do such bad things. Not garanteed, I now, but at least less bad things, maybe.
