  smart move on their part. I actually got hooked on Y&R again because it streamed online. It reminds me of when my mom use to listen to her “stories” at work on the tv/radio.

  Is this good news of bad news for Days fans? I love my Days! I hope this means that NBC is investing in the show! Isn’t their contract up sometime next year?

  Hm. I’m a third generation DOOLer, but of late, it just hasn’t been as good. Maybe I’ll watch it. Maybe not. We’ll see.

  been watching DOOL since 1979. so disappointed the last 2 years or so. the generic writing, the way they just throw away old/seasoned characters. used to be upset that the show might not make it past 2010 but now, meh, could care less. Time to rediscover Young/Restless

  I hope this is good news for DAYS. For those who have been disappointed in DAYS the last couple of years, just wait for the fall. i read that the characters of Carly, Lawrence and Vivian are coming back!! I CAN’T WAIT FOR THIS!! DAYS was at its best when these characters were on the show. Crystal Chappell, Michael Sabatino and Louise Sorel are fabulous actors!! I’m very excited about this!!

    I hope this is true. I would love to see some of the old characters return. I know they have to introduce young characters so the show can continue on, but it’s a little overbearing at this point. I really could care less about Will, Melanie, Kinsey et al. I do like Mia, but only because of her story line. Get rid of the rest and bring back John & Marlena & the old Stephano. I need me some more crazy stalker/kidnapping & possession storylines.
