Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore, flying from Las Vegas to New York on Thursday, had to make an emergency landing soon after takeoff when their plane experienced an engine malfunction. Neither was injured and both quickly reported the incident on Twitter. “My plane just had to do an emergency landing. Engine over heated. Fire engines everywhere good times,” posted Kutcher. A followup post said he was “happy to be alive” and invited fans to celebrate at a club in New York. Moore added on Twitter, “Yep it is always an adventure in Vegas emergency landing and all.”
