Actress Jodelle Ferland has been cast in the third Twilight flick, Eclipse, as a “vampire who has just been turned,” according to Variety. Ferland was recently seen in the CBS TV movie Pictures of Hollis Woods and will star alongside Renee Zellweger in the feature thriller Case 39. Although relatively unknown, the Canadian-born 14-year old has appeared in a variety of projects, including Terry Gilliam’s Tideland, the movie Silent Hill, and the TV series Supernatural.

She could play Bree
It’s been awhile since I read the books, who is Bree?
*SPOILER* Bree is the girl in the battle that Carlisle spares while in the final fight. But When the Volturi show up bye bye Bree!
I figured Bree, as well….. And I would tell you Sup who she is, but for those who don’t know the story, her place is seriously a big spoiler. Sorry.
One of Victoria’s newborns that they capture at the end of the battle…Carlisle wants to keep her and train her to be a vegetarian, but Jane has her killed.
What? I don’t remember that in the book at all. I don’t remember Jane being in Eclipse.
Jane and the rest of the Volturi arrive towards the end of the book, once the battle is pretty much over. They come to ‘clean up’ and protect the secret of their existence.
I remember her from “Supernatural” & “Smallville”. She is really good at playing creepy little girls. I think she would be perfect as Bree.
I’m sure she’ll be playing Bree.
She was actually at the top of my short list for the role of Jane. Watch her in Silent Hill and you will see why…terrific. No offense meant toward Dakota Fanning but Jodelle’s work in Silent Hill, jumping between wide-eyed little innocent and dancing-in-blood-showers reaperness, was quite the impressive turn. I thought she’d have made a great Jane.

Your right, it happens in the meadow at the end of Breaking Dawn when the volturri and all their people show up to kill the Cullens cuz they believe they made a vampire child, but everyone who has read the book knows what the real truth is.
She’s definitely probably the one to play Bree. I originally had her in mind to play Jane before they cast Dakota Fanning. She can really pull off playing a creepy little child, so most likely she will be playing Bree at the end. I mean there’s really no other female vampire child with a significant role.
