Carla Gugino cast in Zack Snyder's 'Sucker Punch'

Carla Gugino has been cast in director Zack Snyder’s upcoming 1950s action film Sucker Punch, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Gugino, who also starred in Snyder’s Watchmen, will join Vanessa Hudgens, Jamie Chung, Jena Malone, Abbie Cornish, and Emily Browning, who plays the lead role of a girl stuck in a mental institution awaiting a lobotomy. Shooting is set to begin this fall.

I’m a fan of Gugino’s…hopefully Snyder will actually give her something to do this time.

I find Carla Gugino to be one of the most beautiful women in the world with talent to match. I really hope that this movie helps her on the way to the stardom she deserves! Snyder will deliver for her, I know it.
