John Travolta remains a member of the Church of Scientology "now and forever," the actor's rep tells People. A July 25 story in a British paper purported that Travolta had become disillusioned with Scientology after the death of his son Jett in January. But Travolta's publicist Paul Bloch says, "There's no change in the relationship between the Church of Scientology and John."

“forever”? Sounds like he sold his soul for rock n’ roll.
Another example of good journalism!
Thank god/xenu, now I can sleep knowing this!! The real question is does Travolta still believe in Tom Cruise, cause I dont.
Scientology appeals to uneducated people. I’m pretty sure Travolta and Cruise never went to college. Can you imagine embracing a religion created by a famous science fiction author? I mean, all religion is just make-believe, but Scientology is especially obvious fiction.
“Scientology appeals to uneducated people.”
Have to disagree with that one. Scientology appeals to people of all educational backgrounds. There are doctors, scientists and lawyers in Scientology, as well as farmers, trades people and artists. It runs the gamut.
Lake is correct. All walks of people are attracted to Scientology. It is mainly the children raised in Scientology who become uneducated or I should say educated only in Scientology for the purpose of continuing Scientology.
Travolta is a wonderful man. I have met him and know he hasn’t a bad bone in his body. The tragedy he has suffered is so enormous. I do not see how plunking down more and more money to David Miscaviage will help him get over his grief but I am sure he thinks it will.
Some people will never leave Scientology but hopefully Scientology will leave the world. Forever.
Rumor mills capitalize upon Scientology to get a surge in hits on their sites.
That Travolta had to (via his rep) respond regarding his religion is an interesting comment regarding today’s culture.

Cruise and Travolta are both high school dropouts. They are both waiting for L. Ron to come back in his spaceship. Both have been hypnotized for years, and Cruise sounds scary insane in his famous video. All it takes is a gullible, uneducated person, and bingo. The head of Scientology is a high school dropout too. One day a star will “wake up” and blow the lid off this scam. Christopher Reeve (Superman) exposed that auditing was a scam, years ago. Then again, he wasn’t stupid. He had an education.
The following may be of interest who really care about helping others just written by a parent about her 10 year old son:
My son has had nightmares since he was two or three years old. They were traumatizing and he would often wake up in terror, his heart racing, shivering and he would be crying in pain that there was something in his chest. He also has had bad asthma since he was born and was never able to take a deep breath without strain.
My husband and I tried everything to help him with these things, vitamins, doctors, books, everything but to no avail. As he got older, the nightmares lessened slightly but were still happened two or three times a week.
(The mother continued by writing she had just seen the new “how-to” Dianetics DVD (2 DVDs / 4.5 hours; $20)
…to my surprise my now 10 year old son wanted to watch it. After we we finished he looked at me and blurted out that he remembered his past life and that he was in a war and he remembered the name he had….
…Later on that night we were on the internet together and he wanted to search out this name. I started to type it when he corrected me, telling me that I spelled it wrong and proceeded to tell me the correct spelling. To my surprise the name came up right away in an old newspaper. As he was looking over it something keyed in and [started crying] and I couldn’t get him out of. I decided right then to start the Dianetics session and told him to go to the beginning of the incident. Though I had been trained a long time ago the DVD had refreshed my memory of the procedure and gave me the confidence I needed.
He started giving me the exact data of the incident and I was amazed at his detail. He then started shivering (just like in his nightmares) and told me over and over “I can’t breathe”. I kept on running the incident, as in the DVD. After some time he recalled an injury he received to his chest and opened his eyes to look at me and said, “Mom, that’s why I have asthma!” …
(continued from the just written letter of a parent.)
…It has now been almost a week and he has not had his asthma since. He sleeps soundly, without the horrible nightmares, for the first time in his whole life. Amazing! Just today he asked me if we could watch the rest of the DVD as he wants to do the Dianetics Co-Audit Course and audit others on Dianetics. And of course I said yes!
Thank you L. Ron Hubbard for giving my son his life back!
****
Co-audit means that two people see the De VD and then take turns helping each other relieve the persisting unwanted upsets.
Of MAJOR importance is reducing the losses one has experienced, and the reason is detailed in this simple to understand, but very effective DVD.
I’m sure there are those hostile to Dianetics & Scientology who will continue to rag on Travolta and make it appear he’s stuck in grief. Since when does he have to prove anything to anyone? Rumor mills frequently fabricate stories to create sensationalism.
Without anyone “selling you anthing” the DVD is self-contained, and it’s the best way to decide if Dianetics can help you or a person you care about.
NOTE: Scientologists go to doctors, take medication (but not mind altering psych or street drugs) and take pain killers when needed.
Scientology is a cult–plain & simple!!
James Lightfield, you’re a nut-job. Did you finish high school? It must be wonderful to live in a world of magic and superstition.
Mr.Lightfield, it’s not Thursday yet…worried about your stats?
Scientology wants your money…and they want it NOW. Grab your purse and run for the next exit door! Educate yourselves people, google Scientology and read for yourself.
Come to the LIGHT – there is great good in the LIGHT. Be one with Universe and all its hopes and mysteries. There is hope in the blessing of GOD. . . Praise JESUS.
A 10-year old boy realized his death in a past life was causing THIS lifetime’s severe asthma. Read below the details of how his mother used Dianetics therapy — as taught in the new Dianetics how-to DVD (2 DVD disc set, 4.5 hours / $20) to remove the effects of the past life trauma ruining her son since his birth this life time.
