However, I have not heard or read anything about him since and I imagine he went right into rehab. In an odd turn, this was the best thing that could have happened to him. I thought the 3rd season was a tadd boring. Not much if any Kicking and fist fights. And oddly enough, looking back to episodes 1-4, he doesnt’t exactly look right. AND he went on vacation to Cost Rica. Big time drugs. He may have always had a problem but Miami on its own can suck anyone in. Going to Rehab will help his case.

Wow, what a shame. Thank God no one was injured.

Wow, This could have been really ugly, just as easily someone could have been maimed or killed.

Why the hell did he have to act so stupid. I’m 14 and was so disappointed in him.

While driving while impaired is serious stuff, I would suspect he’ll be able to get dealed out with a fine and suspended sentence, considering he didn’t hurt anyone or actually get into an accident. (Assuming he doesn’t have priors.) If so, he should consider himself lucky, and, hopefully, learn from his mistake.

Who cares maybe that cop shouldn’t have been in his way and he would have been fine. obviesly he knows how to drive and wasn’t really drunk since he and the cop came out of it safe.
