I love this type of show and watch them all. Everytime I do I find myself exercising during it. Hope they can lose the weight.

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Good one! Seriously… when did TLC decide to drop what the “L” stands for and just become another sensationalist reality show network? You would think they’d have learned their lesson from the Jon + Kate mess.
Remember when TLC was actually about learning, and not about these reality shows? Seriously… how the mighty have fallen.

Have you looked around? so many people are obese now- IMO they need more reality weight loss shows- try watching the biggest loser .Those losses are great. course they work hard the weeks they are there But many have kept it off. watching what you eat and exercise is the main things you need in the WL plan/
I just caught two episodes tonight of the new show “One Big Happy Family” & I already feel such compassion for them. I want to see their journey, I want to be able to encourage them. I had gastric bypass when I weighed 349 at 21. I LOVE that they’re making healthy changes and not having to resort to the surgery like I did.I WANT a page to comment and help encourage these people!! You can do it!
