Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi has “sealed a development deal” with NBC to develop a half-hour comedy vehicle for herself, according to Variety. “The show will star Lakshmi as a woman working in the culinary world,” and Charlie Corwin will be the executive producer; no other details have been nailed down yet.
