Michael Jackson: Guardianship hearing postponed

Categories: Current Affairs, News

The guardianship hearing for Michael Jackson's three children that was scheduled for July 20 has been postponed (again) to Aug. 3, according to TMZ.com. The reason: Katherine Jackson and Debbie Rowe reportedly are close to striking up a custody settlement. TMZ's sources say that an agreement is expected soon and that the discussion "is amicable and involves the children — not money." Rowe reportedly already has an agreement with the late singer that provides her with an unknown amount of money over an extended period of time, and that agreement survived Jackson's death. Katherine Jackson will remain the children's legal guardian until the Aug. 3 hearing.

This is all for show. Katherine is TOO OLD to raise those kids! They may be fine as grandparents, but not as primary caregivers. I hope the judge has some common sense in this matter.

Katherine is old but with help from a nanny and the rest of the Jackson Clan, the children will be alright. As for the mother, how often did she see the children. Being the mother doesn’t always mean you should parent the kids. The kids are old enough to have an idea of where they would like to live. So the courts should be mindful of how invested the natural mother was with the children because it is about the money with her. Ask the million dollar question, “Would she have had these kids if he wasn’t Micheal Jackson?”

Alot of grandparents adopt their grandkids nowadays. It is not a show.My hat goes off to Katherine. She is a fine woman.I hope the judge has alot of common sense, and lets her have the kids.Michael wanted her to get the kids in case something happened to him.If I was the judge,I would give Katherine her grandkids.Katherine will provide them with a good home, and give them alot of love.

ONe thing very noticible was how at the end of the memorial when they were all on stage Latoya kept tryin to draw blanket close to her she even jerked him to her at one point – but he didnt want near her – however the kids seemed to lean on Janet

Do you guys think it’s a little weird that you’re all commenting on this like you know this family? You didn’t, you know. You actually know nothing about them and believe me, they know even less about you and don’t care to know more. Pretend as much as you like, it’s a little creepy but whatever. But maybe sometime you should pause though and think about it a little?

There is a major poll running over at http://www.tinyurl.com/evilgood as to whether Michael Jackson was good or evil. Evil is currently in the lead! I think this poll is being recorded in some sort of record book, anyways, everybody go vote for good!!

Michael Jackson was the best entertainer that ever lived! I do not believe that he molested children. He unfortunately was an easy mark

It seems like Debbie Rowe and MJ had very close relationship according to the CNN artical. I think people judge him, his life for unknown facts, reports that media falsely reported. This is the artical>>>> http://edition.cnn.com/2009/SHOWBIZ/Music/07/17/jackson.rowe.custody/index.html
