Michael Jackson's mother, Katherine, has lost her bid to be named a third trustee of her late son's estate, the Associated Press reports. Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff signed an order allowing the named trustees to go ahead with their administration of Jackson's affairs over Mrs. Jackson's objections. The pop star's mother retains temporary custody of the singer's three children. Michael Jackson died of undetermined cause June 25.

A 50 yr old person is supposed to be the new 40 yr old. If MJ had respected his body as the temple it is, he would have lived longer. As far as the “not being able to do 50 concerts – no entertainer could??? Hello, Celine, Neal, Cher, Barbra, etc??? and all other Las Vegas acts, 2 times a day 6 days a week? Hmmmm??

Michael Jackson was in addition a dancer, I am a dancer and recently we were practising some of MJ’s dance moves – we were all breathing heavily trying to replicate his moves and this was after one song…after that I had new respect for the man
Stargazers, every name you mentioned are straigt singers. They stand in front of a mic or sit on a stool in pretty dresses and sing. I don’t think any of them could make it throught thriller dancing and singing at their age. given the state of MJ’s health , I would be surprised if he could have made it through 20 shows.
