The custody hearing to determine the guardianship of Michael Jackson's three children has been postponed from July 13 to July 20, according to a Los Angeles Superior Court media advisory released on July 10. The postponement was made at the request of the musician's mother, Katherine Jackson, and the musician's ex-wife, Debbie Rowe. Jackson's three children — Prince Michael I, 12; Paris, 11; and Prince Michael II (Blanket), 7 — are currently living with Katherine Jackson at her home in Encino, Calif., according to People.com. Rowe is the biological mother of Prince Michael I and Paris; however, in Michael Jackson's will, the singer named his mother as the intended guardian of the children.

Rowe shouldn’t get the kids. She’s a nut case. She relates her pregnancies to a horse being pregnant. She has always said she didn’t want to be a mother. who cares who’s the biological parent, jackson raised them, jackson wanted his mother to have them. she might be old, but he has other siblings, who are obviously more family then rowe will ever be. that women is odd!

I believe his kids needs to stay together and with the grandmother. They are at a age where a judge will listen to them. People are going to fit for these kids because they think they will get there money but I am sure the kids will have lawyers too. Money sometimes brings out the bad in family memebers

I believe that judging people wothout knowing them personally is foolish. Even though may of us see Debbie Rowe as an unfit mother, we just don’t know exactly how good a mother she could be. Maybe she had a change of heart or a revelation – we just don’t know. If Michael wanted the children with their grandmother then I don’t see why that shouldn’t be the case. Afterall, Michael was their father and knew them best and knew the people in his life better than what we think we know from the media. Whatever happens, I would hate to think that the kids were seperated from one another so I wish them all the best in finding a suitable guardian able to keep them all under the same roof.
My fear of Mama Jackson raising the kids, is this, Joe Jackson saying in an interview talking of the MJ kids, that Blanket sure can dance. Blanket is about the same age of MJ when he started preforming. This could be a sign that Joe has plans for Blanket and push him into preforming at an early age like MJ and thus not allowing a “childhood” to take place. Please for Blanket’s sake Joe should not be allowed to have any say so for these children. Joe has so caused an odd way of life for his own children. MJ’S kids cannot have Joe’s influience in raising these kids. MJ would “haunt Joe” forever if he is allowed in their lives!!!
Considering the age of the children, the fact that only two of the three are Rowe’s children, and they don’t really know her, the best situation would not involve Rowe getting custody of two of them. Nonetheless, I hope she is able to make sure those children are never near Joe Jackson without an escort. MJ did not include his father in his will and certainly didn’t want those children near him.
I don’t think anyone knows why she gave the children up or what deal was orchestrated, and there are probably confidentiality agreements governing everything. But someday, those children will want to know their mother; she should become a part of their lives in some fashion, whether some joint custody arrangement or visitation, and she should do it without money being involved. And though katherine Jackson is probably a wonderful person, she is 79 and they are small children. Jermaine Jackson said in one iterview that she “has a staff”. So is it better for the children to be raised by a staff? Debbie Rowe should become a part of their life in some manner. They still need the Jackson family to carry on the memories of their father, but that does not mean they cannot have a mother too. And Blanket, ever look at the resemblence to the “Brando” family!
Joe Jackson is looking alittle too comfortable around Michael’s kids. Or should I say seeing $$$ signs. If Katherine gets custody, who is going to make sure Joe Jackson stays away from the kids, so far he seems to be everywhere they are at. I wonder what Michael would feel abuot that.
all i can say is, thank goodness Joe Jackson lives in Vegas and is not generally allowed on the Encino property. the less children he is allowed to bully and profit from, the better.

Rowe should’ve thought about her children and what she really wanted before making a deal to give them up and especially before Selling her children..yes she did sell them..she took the money and gave up her right as a parent when she did that.
Let’s be truthful here..she only decided to take action after she found out that she wasn’t in any way mentioned in Michael’s will; If she were mentioned in the will,she would’ve again took the money and left her children..she doesn’t deserve to get the children now and the children shouldn’t be separated. Rowe, as well as Michael’s dad only see $$$$ signs when they look at the children, the children are ofcourse much better off with the Jacksons and away from Joe.
no matter what the reason there’s no excuse for a parent to give up their right and sell their children no matter how huge the amount is. She simply gave up that right and they’re better off without her as they’ve always been.
If Rowe was mentioned in the will she would’ve never asked for the children, she only decided to fight for custody only AFTER she knew that Michael did not mention her in his will.
It seems to me that these childrens lives are already in serious trouble. I pray with all my heart that the law will step in an protect these kids from any more of the spot light and certainly from their abusive grandfather, Joe Jackson and their absentee mom, Debbie Rowe.
Simple way to get rid of that woman. She took money before, she’ll take it again. Michael’s estate has to be making money off the sales of his CDs etc. Pay her the money and she’ll stay the hell away. What is money anyway. Michael sure didn’t take any to heaven with him, God bless his soul. Oh yeah, give some to Joe ahole Jackson, keep him away too. There is no excuse for child abuse.
I think Ms. Rowe was actually in love with Michael and she thought that he would “come around eventually”. It sounds sick but it could be true.
