Peter Krause is joining Mary-Kate Olsen and Vanessa Hudgens in "Beastly," CBS' adaptation of the Alex Finn fantasy novel that's currently shooting in Montreal, Variety reports. In the retelling of "Beauty and the Beast," Krause plays the wealthy father of a spoiled teenager (Alex Pettyfer), who pulls a mean prank on a classmate (Olsen), not knowing she's a witch with the power to cast a spell on him in retaliation.

As far as I know this is NOT a tv movie but an actual movie, they really are doing a good job with the actors though Vanessa might be a littl too pretty for Linda but we’ll see how it turns out.
