According to The Hollywood Reporter, Piper Perabo (Beverly Hills Chihuahua) will headline USA Network's new spy series Covert Affairs, which is expected to be greenlit by the network soon. Best known for her starring role in 2000's Coyote Ugly, Perabo will play a CIA trainee with a mysterious romantic past.
