The biological mother of Michael Jackson's two eldest children, son Prince Michael, 12, and daughter Paris Michael Katherine, 11, reportedly told a reporter from the NBC affiliate in Los Angeles that she is willing to submit to DNA testing to prove her maternity, as well as psychological testing. She also said she would seek a restraining order to keep Jackson's father, Joe Jackson, away from the children, even though she surrendered full parental rights of Prince Michael and Paris Michael Katherine following the dissolution of her three-year marriage to Jackson in 1999. A judge has delayed a custody hearing, originally scheduled for Monday, until July 13, at the request of attorneys for Rowe and Michael Jackson's mother, Katherine.

Now, I’m not condeming or condoning her past actions, but compared to a 79yr old woman and her a*hole husband who hangs around with the likes of Al Sharpton – Debbie Rowe is the winner here.
As the biological mom she has a legal right to reclaim the children. The judge did not allow her to relinquish custody. I guess if she talked to Katherine a lot, she was asking about the kids. I truly believe she wants the children that are hers. Not for the money, because she already has that, but because she probably feels guilty. That happens over time, when you adopt your children out.
This is getting more interesting. What rules? The father’s will? or the mother’s right?
Not only that, think about the family the children will be brought up in. They’re white; okay? The rest of the family is black and are “Jacksons”….I don’t doubt there will be some resentment…and everybody will look at them quite differently. From what I read, Michael never took his kids around the cousins, so they’re strangers to each other. The kids were traveling all over the world, they haven’t had a steady home since they were born.

This is so absolutely disgusting. I think it shows how people offered “help” only for the pay back they saw from Michael. This lady was already given a monthly stipend. She put herself in the situation and agreed to not be involved. If she was so mentally stable-she would keep her word-not put these kids through this-especially a week after their father’s death. I hope his family is protecting them from the media and internet news. DNA does not a mother make. I grew up with Michael. I have always loved him. He was paculiar, but that is part of why we loved him so much. If Debbie is the mother, she probably got cought up in the peculiarities and the money..I am sure. Give her a break and let her have her babies back. How would you like to be one of those kids now who don’t know WHO they belong to…must be totally confusing. Lets hope for stability and closure for them so that they can go on in life as whole individuals. Not with Joe Jackson by any means, but with their own mom and the legacy that they held with Michael. I dont think that just because the kids are white and the Jacksons are black their mother should get them. If she had really loved her children and wanted to be in their lives she would have walked through hell to be with them. Years would not have passed and she not have any contact with them. I grew up with Michael Jackson and I have always loved him. More than that, he was his own person and did things his way. His mystery is part of why we loved him. As for Debbie Rowe? She was probably caught up in the peculiarites as well, along with handsome sums of money. Money and love does strange things to us until we don’t even recognize ourselves. IF SHE IS THE MOTHER, then she should have the children and give them some sort of closure to the life that they have led. It’s better than Joe Jackson, right? It’s a mess, but perhaps she is the best person to help them work through this. If she wants these kids and she is the mother, then she needs lots of help in order to step up to the plate and raise these children right. For sure they are confused.

Chelle-it’s well documented, Joe ‘abuser’ Jackson lives in Las Vegas. Mrs. J lives in California. They haven’t lived together for years. The children will be well taken care of by Mrs. J. Especially if the nanny remains with them. Leave the kids with the only family they know.
Her parental rights were taken away from her by Michael and his lawyers… they were just given back to her because it was shown that she should never have lost them in the first place. She was treated like a surrogate. How many fathers take their infants home the minute they are born and separate them from their mothers? She was used to make babies for Michael and now that he is gone, she may actually have a chance to be a real mother to the children. I will be sad to see the 3 children separated though.
