A federal judge has granted a preliminary injunction barring the U.S. publication of Fredrik Coltin's 60 Year Later, which J.D. Salinger had argued was an unauthorized sequel to The Catcher in the Rye. Colton tells Publishers Weekly that he was "pretty shocked" by the ruling, and that the book will be on sale in Europe sometime next week.
