The fall start date for Unstoppable, Denzel Washington's next collaboration with his Taking of Pelham 1 2 3 director Tony Scott, may be in jeopardy as Fox scrutinizes the budget. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the studio is pausing to evaluate the price of the action-thriller, about a runaway train carrying toxic chemicals, and deals haven't been sealed with Scott, Washington, or Star Trek's Chris Pine, who is expected to costar. Neither the studio nor producers would comment for the trade's report.

Maybe because the studio realize Washington/Scott just make the same type of movies over and over again and audiences are clearly sick of it?
Deja Vu was AWESOME! Taking of Pelham 1 2 3 was AWESOME! also if Chris pine signs on then it brings on a whole new potential audience that will come see the movie
