Bad, bad, bad. I hate all of the changes they have announced. I have watched every ceremony since I was 7, but I think I will be skipping out next year.

It’s not an honor if you don’t include them in the broadcast. I’d much rather see a legendary actor or director be honored and see clips of their work than all those annoying technical awards. The first and last half hour are usually the only good parts because of that. It’s like saying Billy Crystal we’re giving you a lifetime acheivment award but even though you were the best host in the history of the oscars do yo mind going to a non televised awards event to receiveyour award. Shame on you oscars. Just cause the ratings aren’t great and some people don’t appreciate them should those of us movie lovers who always watch have to suffer?

the oscar telecasts are more about glamour then winning.they are about young untalented good-looking actors then the movie legends.the honorary oscar is a way to honor those legends who helped influenced and helped the todays young talent.the honorary oscar should be telecasted.it’s my favorite part of the ceremony.

the honorary oscar the best part of the ceremony, they show respect to those who helped this industry, and influenced the younger generation of actors, directors,…etc.;besides it’s the best part of the telecast.
