I happened to catch Rosie as an XM interview several years ago and thought it was a natural fit for her….IF she is in the mold of her original show and not her role from The View.
Back when Rosie was a comedian, and not a self styled advocate for gay rights, she was glib, funny, and entertaining. Now? Now she’s simply this large angry person who spews vitriol all over the place. Me? I don’t care what medium she’s on. Just let me know so I can steer clear of it.
Well, she always had the perfect face for radio.
Can someone please explain to me why anyone would be willing to pay her any money for anything? She is just horrible but that face is definately for radio. I can’t wait for the promo shots for the show to see that fake grin of her gritting her teeth together like she does in every other photo. A Phony, A blowhard and A loudmouth. yuck!
Rosie was recently interviewed on Sirius by Howard Stern and she was frank, funny and fantastic. She has her faults and she acknowledges them. I find her to be very interesting and I will be listening!!!
Howard Stern is the one who proposed that she should do a show on SiriusXM, and talks began shortly after that. It should be interesting, and FAR better than Oprah’s (oops, I mean Gail’s) lame radio show.
