NBC announced its fall premiere dates today, including the Sept. 14 start date for the Monday-Friday run of The Jay Leno Show. The Peacock's Thursday night of comedies, which includes the SNL Weekend Update Thursday and the single-camera show Community starring Chevy Chase, kicks off on Sept. 17. 30 Rock returns on Oct. 15.
The new dramas Parenthood, starring Peter Krause, and Trauma, from Friday Night Light's Peter Berg, bow Sept. 23 and Sept. 28, respectively, while a new season of Heroes begins Sept. 21. Law & Order: SVU begins Sept. 23 and Law & Order and Southland return Sept. 25. The Biggest Loser bows Sept. 15, while SNL will premiere its 35th season on Sept. 26.
Football Night in America and NBC Sunday Night Football begin Sept. 13.

Does jay even realize that it is not just neetwork TV that he’s up against? Cable has some of the most awesome stuff in the world on at 10PM, This guy had 4 mil viewers tops – what makes him think people want to watch a talk show during prime time?
I won’t be watching Leno at 10:00PM I will be anything else but him. I didn’t watch when he was on at 11:30 and I wont watch now. How can they consider putting L&O on at 8:00PM, what a joke NBC is turning out to be.

Chuck isn’t back until after Heroes finishes its run… sometime this winter, January, I think.

why do people hate Jay. Cannon can not replace jay because he does not know how to tell jocks like jay does. i can not wait till the show starts on sep 14.
poor NBC…its getting worse year after year….i feel sad for them…
no buzz shows (like FOX with GLEE and ABC with some interesting comedies…nothing, nada…)
each network have at least one interesting show a lot of people are buzzing about, except NBC….
