I enjoyed the show and don’t understand why all the critics (including EW) panned it. I found it refreshing to have a group of people on a reality show actually not be so cut throat and mean, who really bonded and actully are all going to get together next year and go camping somewhere. It was sweet to see John and Patti’s friendship bloom, and the same for Sanjya and Holly. Glad the Brat-Pratts were gone right in week 1 because they would have killed the vibe of the show. I am glad Lou won, but wanted John to win. Oh and Lou was on Season One of 24 with Kiefer, he played the guy who ran the secret underground prison Victor Draysen (Dennis Hopper) was being held in.
what’s up with you people, killing animals, & people, get a grip on yourself! If this stuff was actually happening, they wouldn’t be on the streets!
Just kidding. Me and Lou went camping once and slaughtered an entire litter of kittens just for fun. Then we ripped their heads off and sucked out all the blood. I love senseless cruelty towards animals

This is the first reality show that captivated my attention. Congrats to Lou on coming out “King of the Jungle”! He showed a part of himself that will have me interested in all that he does from here on out.

LDP deserved the win. Any guy that’ll let rats munch on him to help alleviate the suffering of others deserves to be “The Man”. Got to admit it was SO nice to watch tasty Tori Wilson all those weeks, and equally a pleasure to get to know Patti Blagojovich. Can you say tainted the jury pool with her likeability? I thought you could. Good for her.

This show unfortunately was a real farce. Would you like to see where it was filmed and where they stay in the “jungle?”
Go to http://www.suenoazulresort and see how they were roughing it. The “jungle” set was about 100 yards from where they really stayed.
The “side interviews” were actually shot in the atrium of the hotel, the red flowers in the background are unique to the atrium. The rattlesnake sound
effects were way overdone. At the end of shooting they retired to air conditioned rooms, pool, Internet access, nightclub, restaurant…yeah, roughing it in the jungle.
It’s actually a rainforest, not jungle.
