Kate is a bully and a controlling woman who clearly is at the end of her tether most of the time. The kids are old enough now to call her out on it, and I have seen them do so. The way she belittles and bullies Jon in front of them is shameful. My own Daddy would have put a stop to that the first time it happened and so would any real man. The problem is that Jon was a boy when she married him (younger than she) and he loves the kids enough to put up with the BS from her for much longer than he ought to have done. It’s a miracle that there hasn’t been a fist fight for the cameras. The sooner they separate the better things will be, although I suspect Kate will trash Jon to the kids when he is not there.
Well I am not really going to be commenting on what this “COUPLE” has done wrong or done right. No one in there right mind, has the right to belittle anyone from this family. They are like everyday people. There are tons of marriages separating these days, no matter if its one child, 10 children, or no children at all.
This couple is like every other couple, we all have our spurts, our ups and downs, our happy times, and special moment time. If Jon or Kate were out at a Bar/Club whose concern is it yours or theres?
If all of you people think that this show should go off air, well then stop watching it, cause your only finding something to complain about, cause I am sure half of you out there do not lead a life like them nor even close to it, to critize this couple on there actions.
Just remember … worry about your own life, stop worring about others, and you will make your own life stress free, and worry free!
Kate is an alpha female who needs an alpha male. Many women like her at some point give up and pick the next best thing. I think that Jon wasn’t strong enough to take charge of his high testosterone wife Kate. John is a guy, not a wimp, just average. So it’s Kate’s nature to take charge when there is no alpha male in sight. Soon after that Jon, the man loses his sense of “ownership” of his family. He becomes detached emotionally and financially… then realizes “hey I’m still just 32…”
