'The Haunting in Connecticut' sequel in the works

Production company Gold Circle films is developing The Haunting in Georgia, a follow-up to March's surprise horror hit The Haunting in Connecticut, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The new project, to be directed by House of the Devil helmer Ti West, is expected to be similar in tone and theme to the original, which grossed a healthy $55.4 million theatrically.
