Mark Geragos, an attorney defending R&B singer Chris Brown against a charge that he beat former girlfriend Rihanna in February, has asked the California Supreme Court to delay the case against Brown until it can rule on the lawyer's attempt to get information from police. According to Reuters, Geragos wants details on a police probe of a photo that showed Rihanna looking bruised and bloodied. The appeal could delay a Los Angeles Superior Court hearing set for Monday, at which Rihanna is expected to testify. Brown would also be present.

why can’t they stop trying to prolong this???? chris brown is guilty and has been intimidating rihanna by releasing private photos and videos. YOU can’t intimidate her…SHE will put you away. Chris Brown you are a talentless woman beater that deserves to be jailed. If u were a real man you would admit to your wrongs and take your punishment. But since you go around beating up women, it’s really not surprising what you and your attorneys are doing now. PIG.
