It's business as usual at Last.fm despite the founders' decision to leave

On Wednesday the founders of Last.fm announced they are leaving the site two years after selling the digital music platform to CBS. But Last.fm users need not worry about its future according to David Goodman, President of the CBS Interactive Music Group. "We’re hopefully going to do a good job of continuing their vision and growing the audience and the site's applications" he told EW. Goodman also strongly denied there was any truth to an earlier news story which alleged Last.fm had given users’ data to the RIAA. “It is a total hoo-ha-ha,” he insisted. “It doesn’t even deserve a comment any more.”
