According to the Associated Press, singer Usher (né Usher Raymond IV), 30, filed for divorce from Tameka Foster Raymond, 38, his wife of nearly two years, on Friday in Atlanta. The couple has two sons, Usher, 1 1/2, and 6 month-old Naviyd Ely. Foster also has three children from a previous marriage.

We say this coming before he even said I Do.
He pulls these stunts everytime he has an album coming out. He married her right before the last one.
A 1 1/2 year old and a 6 mos old in a 2 year marriage. Gee I wonder why it didn’t work? Add to it the fact he’s often on the road and romance just doesn’t seem part of the picture.
I wonder who had the over, as in “I give it more than a year and a half” because anyone with any concept of this mess saw this coming. When are these people going to realize that you can’t pull stunts like this to keep yourself in the ‘bizness’? I just hope the settlement isn’t too catastrophic.
That’s sad. I thought that they were going to be together for 20 years or more. But when his wife got a little too obsessed with plastic surgery, that’s what ruined things. You can’t let your vanity get in the way of your marriage. And they have a son together and they’re divorcing? This is just stupid! That’s why I say that some ordinary people shouldn’t marry somebody in the music business! I’m not going to talk about this anymore!

Eh I heard the deal breaker was when she ran off to Central America to have plastic surgery without telling him then called, begging him to come when she had complications. Just because he’s the one who has more options and the worse record, doesn’t mean he’s the one responsible for the break-up. From what I understand she’s hidden a number of extremely important things from him and he just got sick of not being able to trust her.
My impression of his wife: 1) she is old 2) she is a gold digger 3)she is going to take him for everything she can, after all, she did it right and had 2 babies by him in under 1 1/2 yrs.
My impression of Usher: 1) he got caught up in the whole Ashton/Demi thing and thought he was all that by getting an older woman (however his wife is not pretty) 2) he is so full of himself and decided to do things his way but as he will see, he will get the short end of the stick.
Im sure this woman makes a career of having babies to take care of her lifestyle..unfortunately, it’s guys like Usher that fall for it..stupid
