'The Shield' creator Shawn Ryan working on new pilot for FX

Cable network FX has given a green light to the production of a new pilot, Terriers, from The Shield creator Shawn Ryan, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Terriers is being touted as an "hourlong comedic private-eye show" and will focus on a pair of private investigators who are dealing with maturity issues and attempt to solve crime while also avoiding danger and responsibility. Ocean's Eleven writer Ted Griffin is co-creating with Ryan.
