The Real Housewives of New York City's Kelly Bensimon has accepted a deal with prosecutors over her assault charge, the Associated Press reports. (Bensimon, 40, was arrested in March after allegedly hitting an ex-boyfriend). The reality star/model will serve two days of community service. If she behaves well for one year, the charges will be dropped.
