Who Knew that Doogie would become such a Talented-Hottie!
(I thought the shine suite was quite sexy!)
There’s a good photo gallery of the best and worst fashion moments from the Tonys, here: http://www.bravotv.com/tony-awards-fashion
Curious about why “Doogie” made the early dig at Constantine Maroulis — saying something odd like, “And now it’s time for the Constantine Maroulis jokes.” (Jane Fonda mispronounced the kid’s name, too!) Not sure if it was a dig at his “worthiness,” or what, but geez — he didn’t nominate himself.
Curious about “Doogie’s” early dig at nominee Constantine Maroulis, saying something oddly snide like “And now it’s time for the Constantine Maroulis jokes” and not elaborating. (Jane Fonda mispronounced the kid’s name, too.) Not sure if it was a snipe at the guy’s worthiness, or what … but geez, it’s not like he nominated himself!
I loved the “Billy Elliot” film, and would really like to see the Broadway show, but I’m too far away. Hope it goes on the road! Anybody know if it will? If so, that would almost certainly guarantee I’ll get a chance to see it, since we’re moving to Las Vegas.

Neil Patrick Harris has the best job ever. Much better than this job here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PKZapQ5YV74 Yeah, that kind of sucks.
I’m stlil thinking about Gregory Jbara bringing his wife onstage with him, and I hope this isn’t the beginning of a trend. There’s just something unseemly about a man strong-arming a woman and dragging her along with him. This is the Tony Awards not an Eliot Spitzer press conference, and the wife looked very self-conscious. If Jbara had thanked his wife from the stage the camera would have briefly focused on her in the audience and she could have had a nice moment of pride, rather than looking exceedingly uncomfortable. Let’s hope this doesn’t happen again.
Yea! Geoffrey Rush!!!
