Neil Patrick Harris has been cast in two new films, according to the Hollywood Reporter. In indie comedy Best, the recent Tony Awards host will star as a father who moves with his status-conscious wife and young child from Delaware to New York City's Upper East Side; co-stars will include Amy Sedaris and John Hodgman. Holy crap! If he’s in Beastly, this means NPH will be filming in my city. A-stalking I will go!
he’s way too good to be in a movie with vanessa hudgens
Nphno you took the words right out of my mouth.
Hey…I used to live in DE…cool. and Amy Sedaris = fun.
SOoooooooooo…how would you rate the Tony Awards hosting job by Neil Patrick Harris? Take the poll here:

I guess that means NPH will be the ONLY good thing in Beastly.
Interesting. Now Hwd is casting “gay” guys to play fathers. The gays have been complaining about Hwd not accepting them in both hetero and homosexual roles, so I guess NPH is proving them wrong.
Both movies sound like downers, and anybody who plays opposite the TWINS — well, they’ve never proven to be boxo.
Best sounds great – NPH, Sedaris and Hodgman? I’m there. Beastly sounds…just that. At this point, I”m not interested.
He did an amazing job on last nights Tony’s. I was HIGHLY impressed. Good for him.

Sally, I can’t believe you used the term “The gays…” and BTW, gay men have been playing fathers for awhile now.
Oh, no…not “the gays”…
I am really excited about Iron Cross, starring Roy Scheider. Monica Cruz is also in it (Penelope Cruz’s sister.) HOT!
