R&B singer Bobby Brown announced Wednesday night, during a concert in New York, that he and his manager girlfriend Alicia Etheridge are new parents to a baby boy. Brown has four other children, including a 16-year-old daughter with ex-wife Whitney Houston. Houston was also in the news today: Arista Records announced that the singer's new album will drop on Sept.1.
