Stephen Colbert to hijack 'Newsweek'

Comedy Central’s Stephen Colbert will guest-edit the June 8 issue of Newsweek. The host of The Colbert Report will be the recently redesigned newsweekly’s first guest editor in its 76-year history, according to The New York Observer. Colbert, who plays an ultra-conservative political pundit on his program, will write an essay for the magazine, which will also include a section dedicated to all the unpublished letters to the editor Colbert has written to Newsweek over the years.
