Brian Grazer’s Imagine Entertainment will produce Stretch Armstrong, a Universal film about the limber 1970s Hasbro action figure. Variety confirms that Steve Oedekerk (Bruce Almighty) is writing the script, and the film has already reserved an April 15, 2011 release date.
