Seth Rogen, Jason Bateman, Kristen Wiig, Bill Hader and Jane Lynch have all joined Paul, the third buddy-film starring Simon Pegg and Nick Frost, according to Variety. The duo from Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz will star as two conspiracy theorists who encounter an alien at Area 51. Pegg and Frost are an adorable pair, and I’ve been looking forward to seeing them in something else together since I first saw “Hot Fuzz” on the big screen. I wasn’t too keen on “Superbad”; but the premise of “Paul” sounds interesting, and with that director and supporting cast, it could be a hit.
I am getting kind of tired of the lack of variety in casting. It is the same people doing different movies together all the time.
This sounds promising, Hot Fuzz was awesome!
