Twitter is working on its first TV series, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The social networking service is teaming with producers Reveille and Brillstein Entertainment Partners to incorporate tweeting into the action of the unscripted show, a creation of novelist Amy Ephron (sister of Nora and Delia). Reveille has already been working with Twitter on MTV’s The Alexa Chung Show.

BOR-ING!!!
this is almost as stupid as reality tv shows……dumb idea!
as long as the show is only 140 seconds long
really?…REALLY?
What does that even mean. People don’t even realize how odd Twitter is. It’s like giving away freedom to hmm I don’t know brush your teeth without everyone knowing when and where. Everyone I know starts out thinking cool and then they meet a stalker and their eyes open to the possiblities. Imagine Sharon Stone with Twitter on the phone. Hello Michael Douglas wouldn’t have made it to the end of the movie.
Look around text messaging is a step away from a web cam on your cell phone,
Rick — HA! Perfect comeback
. Anyway, this is a ridiculous idea. Twitter is just Facebook lite anyway.

What’s wrong with fb anyways? Everyone says twitter’s like fb lite, but really twitter’s just for people with ZERO attention span. At least imho anyway. Anyhow, as far as i’m concerned, this pretty much spells the death of the popularity of twitter, if not twitter itself. Which wouldn’t be a bad thing, tbqh.
I’m only a college grad student and my life is more fulfilling than most it seems. I actually do things in the real world (alone and with loved ones). And not to blow this stupid idea out of the water…we communicate mostly in person TALKING. We express our opinions–right or wrong–where people can see us and disagree. They even see what we look like REAL-LIFE TIME not hiding behind technology (which I use every day and I’m grateful for). Please open eyes to the world and what is important. How much more crap can TV handle?
I can’t communicate too well with people in the real world on account of my hearing impairment which is the main reason I enjoy surfing and networking on the ‘net; but this idea of twitter being developed for television sounds like a really dumb idea!
Wow Your joking right
