Dave Matthews Band Radio to air on Sirius XM

Sirius XM Radio announced that the Dave Matthew Band will host its own music channel for a week starting June 1. Timed to the release of the band’s first studio album in four years, Big Whiskey and the GooGrux King, the all-Matthews-all-the-time programming will include songs from the band’s entire catalog as well as tracks from the new album introduced by Matthews and his bandmates, who will also share stories about the making of the record. Dave Matthew Band Radio will also feature a different live recording at 9 p.m. each night during the week.

    About time they dumped that Jam On station and finally put on something you could actually listen to. Nice job XM/ Sirrius, now follow please that up with ditching the Greatful Dead Station (another waste of airspace).
