After waiting almost a year to hear a completed track from Amy Winehouse, Quincy Jones has had to cut the singer from an all-star tribute album being recorded in his honor, the Mirror reports. Producer Mark Ronson, who’d been working on the song with Winehouse, tells the Mirror, "The track isn’t finished and she’s not around. If she’s not here then, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it." Winehouse is said to be working on a documentary, "a truthful and revealing look at her complicated life."

first off who really cares about amy winehouse. Her music is terrible. Shes always on drugs and why would anyone want to know anything more about her washed up life.
She really is a piece of S@%*. I don’t see why she wins all of those grammys and her records are highly acclaimed. Her music is absolute rubbish, as is she.
When she’s not messed up (granted that’s not too often anymore) she is fantastic, and I’m no teenybopper, I’m 56!!
Who cares, tribute albums are, for the most part, garbage anyway. I’m sure this one will be no different.
Isn’t she sick with some sort of lung disease? Maybe that’s why she’s in and out of the hospital all of the time.
First of all, if you say that A-Dub’s music is rubbish, you have never listened to it. She is the biggest talent I have seen come out of Britain in YEARS, BAR NONE.
This girl has been endlessly marketed in the past five years, and it is clear that once she hit her saturation point she began “compensating” to make it all tolerable. Then she married that cretin husband of hers, we all know how that worked out.
Nonetheless, her handlers never gave a shite, just “use her up and be done with her”.
She’s still a young girl. She has time to make things right for herself.
Here’s to eternal hoping. She deserves and needs a long rest.

That she is. I hope she can survive her current troubles. Hopefully she’ll achieve some peace of mind, and get to create lots of music in the future.
It is a shame that she had to be booted out of the tribute, she is very good. She has many problems that interfere with her completing any task, she has never been reliable, so I do understand. I think everyone is tired of waiting for her to get better and get it together, I don’t think she can. Things with Amy could have been handled differently from the begining, like 0 tolerance for drug abuse in the music industry for all.
Amy Winehouse has a complicated life? Ha Ha, that’s pretty funny.
What’s complicated about waking up and getting stoned and drunk and then stumbling around in a stupor the rest of the day. Go to sleep and repeat the next day.
That chick is going to be dead in a few years. Sorry to say.
