Howard K. Stern, Anna Nicole Smith’s lawyer/boyfriend and two of her doctors have pleaded not guilty to charges that they conspired to provide thousands of prescription medication to the model/reality TV star before her death by drug overdose two years ago, the Associated Press reports. Outside the courtroom in Los Angeles, Stern’s lawyer, Steve Sadow, told reporters, "[Stern] did not commit a crime, period!" Smith was pronounced dead, at age 39, after being found unconscious in her Florida hotel room in 2007. All three defendants are charged with six counts each, including conspiracy, and, if convicted, could each face up to five years and eight months in prison.

Stern and his lil’ band of lackies are guilty as sin and they all three know it.
It is long past time that they are held accountable for thier actions,..all three have substance abuse issues of thier own,..Erosovich has even been photographed quite publicly indulging in her habit complete with lines laid out and straw in hand.
Let justice be served,…prosecute them to the very fullest extent of the law.
They should answer for thier choices and decisions,…God knows both Anna and Daniel already have.
