A&E is moving forward with a pilot for the Jerry Bruckheimer-produced procedural, Cooler Kings. Set in Honolulu, the story follows a former Honolulu cop out to avenge his lover’s death. He begins working with the"Cooler Kings," a set of detectives hoping to combat "the seedy side of Paradise," Variety says. No casting has been announced.

I sure hope they cast for principal roles in Hawaii. We Hawaii-based actors need the work and it would make sense to cast at least 75% of the roles in Hawaii since that would be your main fan base and it would save money not having to bring actors from L.A.
